Hi! I am a Personal Trainer, Master Body Sculptor, and Fitness Model. I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 28 years. I have added 70 lbs of lean muscle. (See before picture with blonde hair) I have been a full-time personal trainer for the past 16 years. I managed a General Nutrition Center (GNC) for 9 years accumulating an extreme amount of knowledge in the supplement industry. I am a Certified CPTN Personal Trainer. I have a Pre Medical Degree from the Windsor University School of Medicine which has allowed me to master the body from the inside out. I have an MBA with a double major in International Business and Finance. I also have a Business Degree with a double major in Management Science, and Finance. Included in my hourly rate is your complete individualized monthly training program as well as your individualized detailed nutrition program (nutritional counseling is extra at any gym!). Women do not be afraid as I am an expert at shrinking, hardening, and toning your bodies! You will NOT get bigger!
